Hey! Its Friday night. I had a pretty busy day today .... I went to a Medeival Rennaisance Class entitled Monsters, Villains and Wives. Then I went to Art History 101. Then I went to Anthropology 204, Physical Anthropology. The First and Last class are shopping classes...meaning, I am not registered for a fourth class so I'm still looking, shopping, for a forth. It's a hard decision. I think in the end I am going to take anthropology since its less humanities-based than the other 3 i am taking (2 arth 1 rel). So yes. I also worked a lunch shift at El Table with Emily .. a friend of mine. It was pretty hectic but it was fun being busy - the time passed quicker. Hmmmmmmm...not much else is happeneing. I am going to start babysitting on afternoons ... so far only Monday afternoon. Next monday the 2nd i will go .. im excited. I like money. =D....well I've had this window open for hours waiting to finish and now its 1247 and I'm off to bed.
Love you all

Hello! Im at school now and Caitlin just came back. Yay!! We moved some of Emily's stuff out of the room and now Caitlin is unpacking. It's nice having her back. I went to an El Table meeting last night ..it was good! Everyone was nice and I really like El Table itself. (Its a cafe co-op that is entirely student run) I signed up for three shifts, one of which is an opener -- I have to be there at 8 am =o. I think it'll be a nice way to start the morning. Plus, the shifts are only for two weeks so if it is horrible I can change. I am definitely nervous though ... because I really don't know much!! .... And Deborah just came back!!! Yay!!! .....I need to restart my computer so I'll write some more later.

Adios amigos

Hello! So after looking at the blog of Sam aka he-who-writes-page-long-blogs-filled-with-tons-of-information I realized my blog is, well, lacking. Unfortunately, I don't have much too much to say!Today I: woke up at 1030, read, watched some TV while eating lunch, got some sun...ooh, side note. For some odd reasons vultures were circling my neighborhood today so while I was laying on my roof they were constantly above my head. It really freaked me out as I began to think thoughts such as "they knew I was about to come outside ... they think I'm food, they're about to attack". Also, whenever I closed my eyes one decided to swoop and fly directly over my house .. no more than 15 feet above..... not a very relxaing sunbathe...I cleaned my room, showered, went online, &c. Tommorow is my last day and for some reason I'm nervous. I always get nervous when something big is about to happen. My packing (which I know is not going to fit in the bag I came with) and making sure I have everything and the travel ... its just, well, overwhelming. I guess I'm sort of scared to go back to school, but that's not new. There's always that tiny element of uncertainty.....like when going to a new school and thinking oh i'll never make friends i just know it ... Once I'm there I know all of my apprehension will melt away....or rather, freeze off. my friend won't be there for a few days, which could be good time for me to settle in, get myself organized, pick classes, and on and on. Alrighty. time to go.
"In less time than it takes for single frame of film to flash upon a screen, the linoleum floor dissolves, turning the kitchen into a vertical shaft. Tom tumbles into the blackness, not even a scream flug up behind him to mark his fall" ... Danielewski..thats from the book im reading. adieu!

So it's 12:19 and I'm up working on things for studying abroad/getting an internship/yadda yadda. There's so much to deal with and worry about it just ... stinks. I'm glad I'm using some of my time here at home to get it done ... since I haven't much else to do. I leave in about 5 days .... with mixed feelings. It's going to be REALLY COLD, so thats bad. I'm going to have to work, which is good since I'll be busy and bad because, well, work is no fun. I get to see my friends, definitely good. I'm going to be a lot more busy next semester. Working at El Table, babysitting a few afternoons a week (possibly) and everything else. It will probably make me manage my time more efficiently. Well, I just started a new book today, House of Leaves, and I really want to get back to it. Hasta Pasta
