hey everyone

well, the first thing I wanted to post was that swallowing my big horse pills is becoming much easier, thanks to some suggestions from sister Cher the Bear. danke, hermana!

Also, I heard today that I was offered an interview for Teach For America. This isn't that big of a deal ... I think a lot of people get interviews (I don't know the percentages). So on Tuesday November 29th I will be busy from 9am until maybe 6 with a day full of interviewing. I have to prepare a 5 minute sample class lesson along with a group interview, personal interview, discussion of readings that they sent us, and some problem solving something or other.

So ... im excited! I need to buy some presentable comfortable clothing for that day ... because I DEFINITELY do not have anything that comes close to presentable in my current wardrobe. Most of my pants have holes and my shirts are made of cotton...haha. so yes, shopping will be an adventure.
