hey everyone! As always, sorry its been so long. Things are going well. Its Sunday. I spent 3 hours in the library, and now I am back in my room doing some laundry and getting everything in order for the beginning of a new week. The weather has been wonderful - today its 75 and sunny. The nights are getting colder ... and you can feel the bite of winter is slowly approaching. I ran around the lake yesterday - oh my LORD am I sore. Especially my calves....I was running with Deborah, and because took a circuitous route we ran up the hill of death (for those of you who don't know the HOD...its really really steep)..and I think that is the reason for my sore calves! It was really really hard to run, and I need to do it more. My biggest problem with running is that whenever I get up to a certain point..my sholder hurts. Well....my chest/shoulder/neck area, on the front of my body. Its always been that way ... and when I take deep breaths it gets even worse. Who knows ... if this sounds familiar to you, or you have any suggestions, please post a comment!
Other than that things continue as usual. I had a hamburger and milkshake last night on my Grandma (she sent me money specifically for that) and it was wonderful. It was a bacon cheese burger .... healthy indeed.
